  10. These are absolutely beautiful. As a new stamper, I can see how these would make my cards extra special even if they aren't perfect.

I love to work with pastels, that is what I find myself turning to the most in paper, inks and embellishments.

  11. The swirls add a nice touch to the elegance of all these cards. Very pretty. I must admit, I don't have a particular "go to" embellishment -- although I do like the self-adhesive half pearls, which also add some elegance to a card.

  12. These stamps are absolutely stunning!! I would love to play with them.
The one tool that is never out of reach is my clear starlight glitter pen from Sakura. With it you can add just a touch of bling and it adds a wonderful dimension to my stamping.

  38. The number one right hand accessory is my sponge. I found I can't take all that white on a card and the minute the sponge hits the edge or even splotchy all around the paper the look immediately softens and a once shocking card becomes soothing. Thanks for the chance to win!

    ReplyDelete
  39. beautiful florishes... so swirly and romantic! I have been reaching for SU new eyelet edge punch and buttons! Thanks for the chance to win some really wonderful stamps!

  40. I sooooo love these flourishes! I can't get enough of them-they are all different and so I have to have it!
I find that lately I have been using ALOT of acetate, paper piercing, prima flowers, and a card is not complete without some type of ribbon. Of course, this list could go on, and on, and on since there are so many wonderful products available-it's so amazing to me the versatility!
I've got my fingers crossed, maybe I will be the lucky winner!

  41. This set looks really interesting. I love the swirlyness of it. The embellishment I'm using hte most seems to be stickles, yet I'd really love to use flourishes more often. I have the Slice, and love those flourishes. I just seem to have a hard time judging where to put them, and how many to use. Practice, I gues.

    ReplyDelete

  52. Well, flourishes are always useful and versatile, I love them.
Things I'm using these days - dipped several yards of lace left from my sister's wedding over ten years ago in some tea - now that it's not quite so bright white I am adding bits of that to things. And snaps...

  122. These cards are gorgeous - I love all the backgrounds. They really don't need to much to dress them up and finish them off. Of course, I usually manage to get some beautiful ribbon or brads or rhinestones onto most of my cards but my most often used and favourite embellishment is a little sparkle, such as dazzling diamonds. Its amazing how a little dab from my glue pen and a sprinkle with diamonds transforms my cards instantly.
Thanks for your constant updates - they provide me with daily inspiration.
