This card sparkles on-line. Can you imagine what it looks like IRL? OH MY! I love the way Latisha colored the tulip from the Thank You set and I love how there is just a crisp look with the accents of black. Add the dazzling glitter, some sheer ribbon and there you have the formula for a beauty of a card!
