Flourisehes Timeless Tuesday Challenge(FTTC49)!

It is time for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge(FTTC49)! Thanks so much to you all for playing along in with the color challenge last week! Keep reading to find out who won! Also, keep reading to find out about some exciting FTTC News!

The Friends of Flourishes blog design team are bringing you exciting and different challenges each week. Everyone can PLAY and anyone can WIN! Make sure you continue reading to find out how. Each week Flourishes gives away a store gift certificate for $10 to the lucky random draw participant. In addition to this, Flourishes also gives away a monthly gift certificate for $10 to one lucky monthly challenge winner. So, if you did not complete any challenge during the month, you still have a chance to win. Just link your card with Mr. Linky!

This week Silke Ledlow is hosting. Silke is challenging us to a sketch she has designed. As far as sketches go, there is not much explanation necessary. You can turn it and enlarge the sections to fit your card size. However, in the end, it should still look like the sketch. Good Luck!!!! Looking forward to seeing what you create with it!!!

Let's take a look a what Silke created using her sketch. Silke is using the Year of Flowers Calendar Set 3. Silke colored the flowers using Flourishes Copic Color Collection in Holly, Dahlia, and Hollybock. Silke layered her card using the Euphoria basicgray dp. Silke scored the horizontal panel to add texture. The layered monochromatic scalloped circle spellbinders offers a gorgeous frame to emphasize the beautifully colored flower. Make sure to check out Silke's blog link so you can see what she has inside her card. Beautifully done, Silke.

This was such a lovely sketch. I am sorry I put the two blue strips just slightly too close! I'll definitely be filing this one.
